You are allowed to take this module if you have satisfactorily completed C12HM3 (Human Resource Management or HRM) and C12OB2 (Organizational Behaviour or OB), i.e. attained a D grade or above in both.
IDEALLY, students will have achieved at least a C grade in HRM and OB as well as achieving a similar grade in either C13RE2 (Employment Relations) or C13CA2 Critical Approaches to Management).
